Our Manifesto

Shared Resources

Coyote Commons are resources that are accessible to all members of the community. This includes all natural resources of the lands we collectively maintain, as well as man-made resources we may choose to develop.

Collective Management

Unlike private property, which is owned and managed by individuals or corporations, or public property, which is owned by the state, coyote commons are acquired, developed, managed and maintained collectively by our community.

Sustainability and Stewardship

CC's resources are shared. A collective responsibility among our members and guests ensures that they are not over-exploited and are preserved for future generations.
